TUNING IN TO THE SECOND CHAKRA
Boulder, Colorado - COMING AGAIN SOON!
The sacral chakra is the second of the seven chakras, the energy field that connects us with our sense of feeling, pleasure and sensuality.
Join us in an intimate, connected group setting for a retreat that will refresh your body, mind and spirit. Through yoga, writing and coaching, we will mine our second chakra for the wisdom it offers and leave with a greater understanding of our passion and pleasure center and how to integrate it into everyday life.
Through yoga postures, you will release stuck emotions, ideas and beliefs from the body and invite in fresh, vital energy. A slow and deep breath-driven vinyasa flow will leave you feeling energized, at ease and anchored in mind, body and breath.
No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate. You will be guided every step of the way.
From yoga we will transition into guided "freewriting," a stream-of-consciousness technique that will help you drill into old patterns of thinking and feeling, and direct them someplace new.
Writing at this retreat is the means, not the end. The writing space is supportive and judgment-free, allowing you to safely share your insights with the group and and draw from its collective wisdom. No prior writing experience is necessary.
When your body and mind have finished their work, our coach will help you take your self-discovery off the mat, off the page and into your life.
Coaching allows for reflection and reframing, empowering us to take specific actions to implement the changes we want to see. You will leave the retreat with a fresh sense of direction and purpose that will invigorate your spirit and infuse you with vibrant new energy.
This retreat has a maximum enrollment of 10 participants, so reserve your spot now. The fee is $95.
